lc salary-increase issue

hi everyone,
My LC was filed in dec 2003. my job advertisement appeared on internet a couple of weeks ago. RI arrived last week and the recruitment period has started.

my salary has has gone up 25 % since the LC was filed. The job adver on the internet shows old salary. Will that be an issue here? should i contact my attorney to have the ad changed with the new salary?

gravitaion, As long as you salary is more than the prevailing wages there is no need to worry. Also if PBEC thinks that the salary mentioned on your LC application is less than the prevailing wages, it will issue a letter asking to match it to the prevailing wages in RI. So as long as you earn more, no need to worry. Hope this helps.
