LC (RIR) process for NY?

Hi there

Pls can anybody tell me how much time NY office is taking now a days for processing the RIR cuz my attorney filed my RIR application in Jan03, and till now I didnt get any response from them. Is there any way to know that they are processing my RIR application? Can anybody tell me how this RIR process works (means how many steps are involved in the whole process)?

NY LC

Ny LC is processing june/july 2001 so its a long way to go for jan 2003. hang in there.

First application goes to state labor office and then to regional office or its other way around?

You are right

It first goes for State processing & then for Regional processing. NY regional processing is current for now.
