Lc Rates After Rec Gc???

Question for all ,

What iF Employer is not paying the full amt of what was mentioned on LC ,the amt was too much at the time when Local TWC state the amt and he approved it since he didn't paid much attention to it at the time , Now I have the GC and know that salary needs to be the amt on LC.

How can we work around this , we ended accepting what TWC put on there at the LC Stage, not knowing that it come back to that $ when Card is received , Spoke to our attorney and he mentioned it ok for him to pay that amt for the first 3 mths atleast and after that he can go back to whatever he was paying befrore , what are the problems this can bring if we do this.

Hmmm, your employer should pay you at least 95% of the amount recommended by the TWC. For PERM, it has to be 100%. Anyway, if post-GC salary is lower than 95% of the LC salary, I would get a second opinion about the number of months and then decide:-)
