LC question

Hi guys,
I have a question about LC filing.
I filed my LC last Nov, 2003 and transferred to DOL Jan 2004.
However, I just found that I should filed the LC 1 month after advertising. But my attoney filed just one week after advertising.

Can it be a big problem?? My LC gona be rejected??
What can I do at this point?
The only thing I can is just waiting the rejection??
I couln't understant why the attney didn't know that.

Please help me!!!

It will depend on the person who works on your case. It is also region specific. Ask in the DOL thread where it was forwarded.

Nothing except wait.

Rejection is not always the result. One has to show pattern of recuitment and presentation of same. If they question insufficient ad - then your company will have to place additional ads.

Do you think he/she is psychological case?

Take it easy - it is not something to worry about so much.

Actually employer/attorney are supposed to wait for a month after advertising for job opening (if they have not posted same/similar adv. in last six months).

But, I would also suggest you to wait, nothing you can do about it.
