a question regarding prevailing wage at labor certification stage.
my hourly salary is close to the prevailing wage at hourly rate. however, the annul prevailing wage was apparently calculated based on 40 hours/week. yet my institute requires only 35 hours/week for a full-time position. consequent, there is discrepancy between my salary and prevailing wage (annual amount).
is it a problem? and how to fix it if it is.
