LC question with New RIR rules.

My company advertise in news paper and internally in office (Through internall web page and notice board) of job avaliablity in month of JAN 2002. In a process for applying LC for my Green Card.
According to new rule for RIR , does my company has to wait for six months(After advertisement) to apply for LC for GC. They advertise twice in local news paper. Iam located in Misouri.

you need read the rule carefully

you misunderstand the rule totally, read it again.

the rule is: you must apply within 6 monthes instead of after 6 monthes.
