LC processing speed in Denver, CO

Does Anybody know how long it normally takes to process LC in Denver, CO? Then which federal DOL is responsible for LCs of Colorado?
How is weather in Denver? Is it very dry there? Anybody who works in Denver, please advise!!

I moved to Denver, CO last July for my new job. Weather is extremely dry here. It is very cold in winter, snows every 3-5 days. Very windy as well... I do not enjoying living in this mountain area at all. In fact, I have been thinking about a move. Denver is called a Hi Mile City because the average elevation here is above 5000 feet. So better think about it twice before you make the move!

I like Denver and the mountain so much that when I had a project over there 5 years ago, I went to the mountains every weekend, it is so beautiful and wild. so it depends who you are.
