LC Petition is Pending and company is getting acquired

I work for a company in Texas and my LC (regular) has been pending for more than 3 yrs now. My company will soon be getting acquired and the new company is asking me to relocate to California. The new company is acquiring all the assets and liabilities. In such a case, would my LC petition still be valid? Would me relocating to a different state affect it in anyway?

You might have to restart LC process because you are moving to a different location. ANyway, you might find more info from the link posted on this thread.
