Hi,

I applied for my LC under RIR/EB2 category on 08/10/2001, from NJ.

06/23/2003 - Received Assessment Notice from SWA
08/04/2003 - Filed Response to Assessment Notice with SWA
11/10/2003 - Received Request for Evidence Notice/NOF
12/12/2003 - Response to Request for Evidence/NOF submitted to DOL


Did anyone get NOF from DOL and get their LC approved?
