My lawyer just told me that my LC moved from local office to Atlanta DOL May 30th. But I have not received any notice. Should I receive any receipt showing my case number or whatever from DOL? Thanks.
It may take months to get receipt from DOL, but you can check all the pending petitions at DOL based on your Employer phone number. Search for DOL regional office phone number (automated)
