But you have to make sure when INS sends a RFE for emp. letters, you can show them the employer is in VSC region. I guess that\'s the bottomline.

 The GC/LC is for a JOB in the future. Going by that, working on an EAD at another place should not be an issue, right? Gurus, pls help.
