LC in Newhampshire SESA really need info as H1 is expring soon

Hi guys

recently i have changed my employer and i have to file for LC again so i just wanted to start a new thread for Newhampshire SESA

DOes any body know how long it is gonna take in NH SESA to move into Boston DOL

Guys

i really need help on this .My H1B expries in Aug 03.my company is filing for LC in New Hampshire SESA. I know boston DOL is taking any where between 6 to 8 months or 2 to 3 months if u r lucky .So i need to know how long it is gonna take in NH SESA ??

need the info very badly so that i can make some other arrangements like finding a company whcich has approved LC if the timings are pretty bad in NH SESA

HI NH,

If it's RIR, then you will be lucky they are almost current they are processing Aug'02 and Boston dec'01. Boston should pickup speed as the number of cases filed after dec. may be less compared to previous periods. All the best.
