LC from South Dakota

Hi,

My employer has filed my LC from south Dakota in SEP 2003. Could you please let me know if any one has any updates for their applications submiited during this period.

Could please provide me what DOL it will moved after state has completed the process..

South Dakota currently process Nov. 2003 for RIR case, so your case would have been moved to federal (regional) DOL which is Denver for you.

My GC is applied as regular not a RIR case. When I check the labour dates for DENVER ,the regular does not have any date and it mentioned that N/A . I dont know what it means ?

N/A information not available as of now. You can call them at (303) 318-8801 and find out the processing time for regular cases.
 
Hi,

My Lc is applied as regular in South Dakota. When i checked on http://www.flcdatacenter.com/casesearchperm.asp site it seems the LC is moved to regional office.How do i know to which regional office it is moved.

When I try to call the DENVER dol (303-844-1674),it will disconnect after sometime. And also i tried DALLAS center then i could get information about inforamtion

Is that means it is moved to DALLAS ?
If that is the case i dont think i can have any hope getting GC ..

Please advice me ..

One more thing is even though we applied as regular the satus is showing as RIR

I dont know what is happening with this centre..

PLease advice me ..
