LC from same employer in two States

Is it possible that my current employer which has already filed for my LC at Virginia (RIR), apply for LC in other state. I am currently working in NC on a contract with the same employer. My employer is located in Virginia.

Thanks for a quick reply. From that thread, I didn't see answer to my question, that can you file LC to two different SESA from the same employer?

Yes you can file more than one LC with different state.

Yes, but they should be for different positions - it could be the same job title, but there should have been a vacancy in both the locations from where you are applying. Also goes without saying that recruitment efforts should have been done for both locations.
