Hi all,
I am a new member just joined this forum.
MY GC (labor EB2 RIR, Harrisburg) was filed in the month of Dec, 2002 and it went from state to federal in the month of Aug,2003.
Any ideas howmuch time it is taking for the total Labor approval?
when can i expect it to receive approximately?
Any ways of checking the status so that we can know that it is not stucked up with the employer.
Any info will be highly appreciated.
