LC - Filing in two states

Hello,
I have applied LC at NY back in June 03. where my employer located. In meantime is it possible to apply one more LC at Maine (where I am right now working) with same employer.(Parallel)

To the best of my knowledge, Yes you can, if your company has office in Maine.
