LC fieled (NJ) in March 2001 haven\'t heard anything

Hi friends,
My company filed labor from NJ in March 2001 in RIR category. Then we got kick back in August for some info. We provided the information right away. We can\'t heard anything after that. Is it normal and any other person out there with same situation. Please reply on message board. I will appreciate it.

From where you got reply? I mean to say that weather it is DOL or SESA? By the way in which category you are (EB2/EB3)? Let me know all these things so that I can guide your status. Thanks.........

I have a scenario which is kinda similar. My co. had filed for my
Labor ( EB-2, Regular ) in NJ in July, 1999. The case moved only this
year. It was sent to NJ DOL and was kicked back thereafter. Then
my co. sent out enough documentation about the whole recruitment
process. After this my lawyer told me that my case was through at DOL
and was at SESA for the final stage of certification. Its been more
than 7 weeks since. Two other people for whom applications were
filed alongwith me received their LC\'s. How come I am still waiting?
Any possible reasons , anybody ?
 
Applied for Labour in Atlanta 1999 in Jan

I had applied for labour in Jan 1999, I had some query about my salary in month of Jan 2001, the advt process etc was completed in month of Aug 2001. Till now I haven\'t heard anything after this.
Where/how I can query to check the status ?? I also tried getting status using the email LCSTATUS04@doleta.gov this gave the feedback \'The case you were asking about may be older than the information maintained for status requests\'. Does any one have idea in case similar to this???
