I\'m currently working for a consultant company, solely working for one client (never worked in the consultant company\'s headquarter), the headquarter and client locate in different areas, so my case was applied in the area where I work.
My case was submitted in Fall 1999, regular, according to the company lawyer, the ad was run in October 2001, the ad that run on the paper was okay. Yesterday the lawyer told me that one document was not signed, SO SHE COULD NOT SEND THE WHOLE FILE OUT, AND YESTERDAY WAS THE LAST DAY TO FILE!! The problem is: the client company\'s policy does not allow us to post the ad inside which requires for 10 days, the reason is I\'m not the client\'s employee. (I can not explain why they did\'t let me know earlier, or the ad could just be post in the department area where I work?)
Anyway, seems nothing can be done...
I have less than 2 years on H1, the lawyer suggested that we restart a new RIR, although there is very little chioce for me but I want to know how this process goes, what should be done to close the previous case, I heard that if one\'s LC failed (NOF rejected), one has to wait 6 month to start over, and the lawyer said I have to work in the headquarter for some time, to go back and forth so next time we can run ad inside of consultant\'s headquarter, any advices? I\'m desperately in need of help!
