My company filed a LC for my greencard four months ago. However, we made some mistakes in the DOL forms. We advertized for a "Product Manager" position in the newspaper and in 750A, the position was mistakenly written as "Project Co-ordinator" (which happens to be my current job title for H1B. I will be brought on board with a Product Manager position. Therefore, we advertised for PM.).
Also, the experience required in the Ad is 1 yr and on 750A it is 1 months by mistake. Some serious errors happened.
What are my options at this point? Is there a way to recall and resubmit these documents? Can I start this from scratch like a new GC. I would appreciate any pointers you can provide.
