LC=EB2 ....is there a chance that...?

Hello everyone. My LC was approved as EB2 with no experience required. I have MFA in Graphic Design.

I was wondering... though my LC was already approved, is there still a chance that USCIS will question whether my job is qualified for EB2 or not.. or I'm already cleared on that since DOL approved it? I'm submitting all evidences regarding my degree which should not be a probem but my concern is are they still thinking.. is it EB2 or is it not EB2 in I-140 stage.

A bit more of my background. I've been working as a graphic designer with this company for 4 years with H1B.

It depends how your attorney filed the case. If your EB-2 LC requires Masters with no experience, I think, you should be okay.
