LC-company requirements

Hi all seniors,

My company is strting my LC processing.They have their registered office in SD but business in VA. What are the requirements or pre-requisites for a company so that one can file from SD(south dakota) ?

Please answer. I hope my question is clear. I am looking for the requirements to be met so that a company can file from the other state than the present one located. It has a registered office in other state.

Is your corporate office in SD ? In that case you can file LC from SD or your place of work (VA). Mine is the similar & filed from CA when I am working in NJ.
