Hi All ,
I just called AVM and learned that my case is certified . My company filed from Harrisburg on 02/20/03 and moved to philly on 08/20/03 . I had an NOF in Jan 2004 , The case is certified on 02/18/04 . Exact one year today . This forum was very usefull , wishing all of you very best with your LC processing

Cost & Details abt GC Processing

Hi Sunil,
I need some help & info from u. I have 2 yrs left on my H1B (Expiring on Feb 2006) & my company has just agreed to file my GC provided i bear the entire cost. Please help me with these questions.
1)Do u know the cost of filing teh GC (i have heard ranges from $5,000 to $7,000)
2)Does the diff vary from comp to comp /lawyer to lawyer?
3)Under What conditions will my 7th yr of extension be granted?(For ex - if my LC isnot cleared by Feb 2006 will i get a 7th yr extn - i have heard that extn is given only after LC is cleared)
