LC approved in previous company - Help!

Hi, Kindly look into my query and explain to my questions. I will be really grateful to you.

I am in company B now and my GC is being processed. LC has still not been approved. Meanwhile company A with whom i worked last, is offering me a job which is very reasonable in all aspects. Actually they started GC processing when i was with them , but DID NOT CANCEL. Again my H1 with company A which is valid till 2003 april is not cancelled.

Now my doubt is 1. if i say ok to job offer by A, will my h1 be considered as a transfer like a regular h1 transfer or i can without any doubt in mind start working immdly as i have a valid h1. What should the attorney do, to make the previous h1 the current one. 2. I know my LC is approved back in Company A an year back. only thing they HAVE NOT cancelled any of the legal things associated. Will i be eligible for i-140/485 submission as soon as i join the work there. Please help and guide in this, as consulting so many, i am very much confused. Thanks!Can you please treat this as urgent

It is safe to get another H1b done before you move back, although if your prev H1b was not cancelled - you can join them again - but not advisable step.

Yes you will be eligible for 140/485 anyways - it has no connection with H1b.

As "Jharkhandi" said, try to get a new H1-B approval from company A. If they don't want to do that then go out of country and enter again on valid H1-B (from company A).

Also that won't affect your GC application...
