Recently My Labour got approved from Gerogia State and my employer is in Gerogia, now I can file the I-140 and I-485 from California State?.
No I-140 needs to be filed where employer is located.
To File I-485 at CSC you need to get approval of I-140. Although you can file I-485 with I-140 receipt in majority of cases it will be transferred where your I-140 application is pending.
