My knowledge on GC process is quite limited but I have couple of questions for you. My LC got approved and my lawyer is about to file I-140. I am not very sure about the process and would be glad if somebody briefly let me know what to expect in the I-140 Process? What are the things I should be careful about? and what are the things that will come my way while filing and also how long does it take for I-140 to normally get approved?
Does retrogression affect this? Please help me, dont discard my query. I have really tried to read many articles but I have not been able to get a clear picture.
