Hi gurus,
Could anyone please help me, maybe someone knows the answer.
I am trying to find out if I can use labor substitution for the company
I work for. From the DOL web site I have found out that there were
3 cases certified, about 4 years ago, however HR does not know who
those people are (since HR has changed now), and public records
only contain DOL and State case numbers.
She could've looked up what happened to their cases if she knew their
actual names, i.e. company records for filed I140, etc...
I was wondering if there is a way to find out names of actual LC applicants, based on DOL or State Case numbers.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks a lot!
Ann
