LC and job change.

Hi all,

my Labor Certification is going on with my current company.

If i quit the company now, do i have to restart the whole process or can i shift the LC to the new company ??

If u quit, LC is gone. You can't substitute sponsering company.

You need do restart the whole process with new employer...

but can i start GC immediately when i get the offer from the new company or should i wait till the H1 is approved.

You can start right now if you want. You don't have to wait to get H1 transfered as long as sponsering company is OK with that.
