LC and I-140/485 from different centers

My company has two offices one in NC and the other in NJ. The labor is filed from NC. If they file 140/485 from NJ it will go to Vermont Center and chances of getting I-140 faster are more.

Does anyone if I can file my I-140/485 concurrently from NJ office ?
Or
I must file my 140/485 from NC only as my LC is approved from NC?

LC must be filed at the intended place of employment. Similarly, 140/485 must be filed at the service center for the intended place of employment. In your case, since you filed LC from NC, you will need to file 140/485 at Texas Service Center.
