I am new to this Immigration forums. I have gone through some of the forums and docs but havent got clear picture of PERM and related things.
I have applied my LC in EB3/04, from Company A, and will be into my 6th year on Jan'01.
Am I eligible to file Extension for my 7th year of H1 from Company B, if it applies LC in PERM or with sub lc.
Once I am into 6th year is this possible to apply a LC from company B and Get Extension?
If my LC is rejected from Company B still am I eligible to file for extension?
What about the priority dates? can I use company A's PD?
