LC 45days rule to file I140?

I just heard from some one that there is a 45days rule to file I140 after LC approval, is this true?

I got my LC Approval about 4months back and planning to apply for I140, will there be any problem in filing? Does USCIS will accept the application?

Please any one with information should respond ..

Labor sub must be kept..or all the unused labors would go to waste . And years of processing and effort by USCIS also goes to waste.

Hey, PendingGC1. Same here. Unfortuantely, I do not have any info for you, but I totally understand your situation. I do, too, want to know about such an expiration of approved LC. In my case, it was approved about a half year ago. My company does not take action for me and makes me crazy. I even started considering seeking other company to work for. Good luck to you anyways. Keep your hope!
