hello,
I am fileing my LC this month, last week we had layoff in our company. Will this affect my RIR process ??
how to avoid any problems in this case ?

It is difficult to justify RIR if the company had layoffs. Expect to see questions from DOL and/or directives to convert into a regular LC case.
