Lay offs

Guys,
I entered the US after consular processing last month. My company is having some tough times, and they are announcing lay-offs. What happens if I get laid off immediately (around 1 month after having entered the US as a permanent resident?)
Will my GC be in jeopardy? I have no intention of leaving them... But, if they lay me off will that still affect my permanent residency status?

Keep all documentation

If there are terminations keep all records, letters, pay stubs etc. your status is not affected.

Once you are a PR you need not worry.
