Got lay off from my company: with in how many days I have to transfer H1B

Pleaze Advise me. Thanks in advance
 
get a new employer who can support H1B as soon as possible. If you can use AC21 then wverything seems fine.

once your laidoff, your H1B expires and you lost your legal status. remember that there is no grace period.
