hi all,
If you get laid off, and have completed 180 days from receipt of I-485, what kind of company can you join ? Can it be a very new startup ?
I am seeing some RFE\'s requiring financial reports for these companies. Where will a new startup go for such documents ? What can such a company show ? And will INS accept ?
