what is the requirement for a H1 transfer?... My H1 starts on Oct 1, 2007. My employer said there might be a chance of not getting enough projects in which case I might be laid off... but agree to give me a H1 transfer if it comes to that and I find a new job... so...
will there be complications since I will not be having any pay stubs?... how much time do I have after the employer cancels my visa to stay in the US or to find a new job?.. any additional information is also greatly appreciated..
