Hi,
Last week my company gave me layoff.I was working for the company since 7 months.They hired another H1B (same position as me)after they hired me but did not lay him off.
Is it correct that they layoff a person who is working since 7 months and not the person who is working since 4 months-since both of us are H1Bs? and working in same position/grade
Please let me know.
