No news yet. I checked AVM last evening, no change. I saw an 1-140 approval with wac-01-127
in I-140 board. I am not sure why our cases are not being taken up. It\'s frustrating.

AVM still says that they have received the reply to my RFE (I-140) on June 20th, 2001.

Funny thing is my lawyer told me that have NOT received an I-140 receipt notice.
