Lawyer's Address Change

Hello all,

I received emails saying that RFE has been sent for my 485 application on May 4th. My lawyer still has not received it. I have not received it yet.

But I would like to bring it to your attention that my Lawyer did move last year from one address to another here in Milwaukee. Is it possible that they have sent RFE to previous address and lawyer will never receive the RFE.

What should I do?

Please help. I will appreciate your inputs

We had the same experience. We recd email saying that the request for more information had returned undeliverable. Our lawyer's address had changed.
We took infopass and went to the officer ,she sent out an email mentioning the change of address.
In a week's time we recd the RFE at our address .

You really are HOPE! I am going to call the lawyer first(to check whether he updated his address) and then take the infopass notice.
