Lawyer won't tell abt RFE

I spoke to my ex company lawyer and he is saying that he has closed the case and won't work on my case ...what should i do ...how can i get infomation about RFE....since he will get the rfe..........

He must have sent a letter to INS withdrawing himself as your attorney. Therefore, you will receive all the communication directly from INS. If he still get a RFE from INS, he is professionally bound to forward that to you. Talk to INS and tell them you are representing yourself. Don't worry much about it.

Get a competent lawyer and get him/her to file G-28 to you. Your new lawyer will know exactly how to extract information from the old one.
