My employer who signed the documents is CEO/President of the company, but in the LCA and I-129, my lawyer typed it as HR Manager. Will it create a problem?
It has not been submitted yet. Revising I-129 is easy, but revising LCA means that I need to re-file again thru iCert and have to wait another week to get approved.
