INS is going to issue a RFE for my case ( ND 03/13/01). Does the AVM get changed to reflect the RFE message ?

The AVM won\'t update until they sent out the notice. Wait for a few days to get the message when you check AVM.
 
Please keep us updated when you recv RFE

BayofB, atleast something is moving. Hopefully I get some decision
on my case soon RD 03-23-01.
BTW did you check your AVM? WHat does it say? Also pls keep us updated if it changes. Good luck
 
Hi BayofB...me too got RFE issued......wanna be in touch. Mine is April RD case.

How long do you think this will extend the approval process? RFE issued on April 22. I am yet to get the papers.

Mine is RD: 4/18, ND:6/29. Still the same message \'Finger print result received .......\'.

I have seen usually people get approval within 2 weeks after INS receives the requested documents.
 
RFE list

As per AVM on 22 they sent the RFE it seems. What was your RFE about? If you go by the RFE list your processing is effectively pushed back by 2-4 months.

BTW, THank U Very Much for this list. It helps a lot.
