Hello. Is there anyone who wants to share their input on this? I plan to go to Vancouver to get an H1B visa stamp soon but I just learned that the lawyer who represented my H1B is being tried for immigration fraud on working visas. The processing on my H1B falls within the time frame that will be investigated but as far as I'm concerned, my salary & qualifications are legitimate. I am worried though that this might trigger a review when I apply for a visa stamp and I might get stuck in Vancouver. I would like anyone's input if I should still push through with the Visa Stamping. Thanks for your time!
