I have to file my 485 based on I-140 filing receipt which I will get soon. I need to use a Lawyer to do so. Any suggestions on a good Lawyer for 485 in NJ/NY area ?

I had a very hard time with him and his office. Rank incompetence is what you will get from them.

I never had any issue with him in the past, been dealing with him since my first H1.
Though I agree that the girls working there can show some red tape qualities.

AVOID ANY DESI LAWYER. INSTEAD OF HELPING THEY THINK THEY CAN FLEECE US. THEY ARE ALL SWEET TO THE VIDESHI'S. WE MAKE A FOOL OUT OF OURSELVES BY BEING EMOTIONAL AND TRYING TO HELP THEM!! THEY DONT DESERVE IT!!!!
