I am looking for a lawyer in St Louis or Chicago who can do writ of mandamus. Any suggestions? Can Mr Khanna file a writ in Chicago or Saint Louis. Any other local lawyers in these two areas. I have been told Shusterman is one of the best but he is in California. Not sure if he can file in Chicago or Saint Louis. I am thinking if filing around June- July.
