Lawsuit has been filed!

I didn't see plaintiffs from TSC, the slowest one among service centers. Did I miss someting?

Why no one from TSC

This is really amazing! TSC is the worst of all the Service Centers and yet there is not even a single case from TSC. Including people from TSC would have made the case much stronger. Looks like no one from TSC region volunteered!

I think no one from TSC are plaintiffs....

I am also lay-off from my earlier company....I am not a plaintiff....

BaSh

:)

Isn't that AMAZING? It seems as if no one from TSC cares how long it takes to process 485, maybe that is one of the reasons why TSC is so slow.

Not only hasn't TSC applicants responded to being part of the lawsuit, but no one other than a few have responded to the call to help reduce backlogs.

People, it is your Green Cards and your lives. If you are not interested, then who will be? Obviously TSC is not! Help yourselves get your green card faster, fight back against the INS.

As far as the lawsuit is concerned, Rajiv can always add/remove/modify parts of the lawsuit. So you can always contact his office if you believe your case to be of merit and worth including in the lawsuit.

No One Qualified to Involve from TSC

I guess no one was qualified to involve in the petition. If you look back the volunteers needs to have

1)their degrees from the US universities
2)Same position and same salary mentioned in LC
2)needs to be with the same employer all the time
3)did not violated the status
4)needs to have their applns. pending before the USCIS published date.

I remember I read all this when Rajiv requested our support to be involved in the petition.

Does anyone qualifies?

If so, you can still involve in the petition!

Thanks
