I filed a lawsuit on 10/23/06 after my initial interview was conducted back back on 11/17/2004.
so far, the only item is my second fingerprints that occured on 11/28/2006
I am still waiting to hear back on the lawsuit filing outcome which is due to expire in the next couple of days ( 60-days for the govn't to respond). I am curiuos to know:
1. What if they donot respond or miss the deadline
2. Is it likely that they can come back and say the name check is still pending even though my initial interview was done in 2004 and now they need more time to finish the process
3. what if they ask to appear for a 2nd interview...should I go? even though I cleared my first round of interview
4. What if they deny for whatever reason...what options do I have to carry on. Do I loose my current Green Card status?
Above all, has any one expereinced the same where lawsuit 60 days time limit has gone and still the name check is pending.
