Does anyone know the link to where I can find the actual law which lays down the rules for changing job after Green Card.

Does the law require that the employer to tell INS if an employee leaves the job after GC?

There is no law for changing job after getting GC. However, it's required by law that someone got his/her GC in good faith (when he received his/her GC).
