Latest receipt for I-485

Today ,I called up my lawyer asking her about the my I-485 filing receipt.
She said the latest one she got was filing on April 9, 2001. My case was
filed after May 4th. So, I might need to wait for another month.

It\'s caused by 245i that hundreds of thousands cases filed in before
the end of April.

Hi..
My lawyer sent in my I-485 papers to the consulate on May 4 th too...any ideas as to when i should expect my EAD and also when i should expect my fingerpriting and green card ?
