Latest postal address for NORI (J1 waiver) from Gujarat State

Hello friends,

I am on J-1 (Research scholar) visa since last 3 years and now would like to obtain NORI from Gujarat State.

I wonder if any of you have recently obtained NORI from Gujarat and would like to share the experience with the postal address of Gujarat Home Department.
