I have been on the bench for the last month and a half. Will i need the immediately previous pay stubs for a visa transfer or the latest ones i have (during and prior to lay off) are sufficient? Since on bench, i have just been looking for a new job, and not working. My H1B must be coming sometime in January 2005.
Second my application for H1 visa(while on OPT) was recieved on Sep 28, 2004 and passport expires on March 21, 2005. Could that be an issue.
